3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Rastacouere (5923) - Montréal, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 21, 2007
Hazy straight golden. Lasting white head. Pretty strawy upfront, certainly grainy nose, but balanced by a fresh grassy hop bite. The strong mineral character hides a slight sulfury hints which works quite well with the water saltiness. Good integration through and through, hoppy, yet clearly malt oriented quaffer.
