Cask Handpump at the Babington Arms JDW, Derby 15/08/2007 Floral and pine aromas. Bronze coloured fruity and floral with a slightly dry bitter finish.

Large white foam covers the clearish amber. Fair, standard toasty nose perfumed with floral, greenish hops. Kinda foresty character. Well done really, creamy medium body, balanced and a quaffer. One of those simple ales that you dig, but have a hard time explaining why. Some people call it charm.
