COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Using a combination of Cascade, Centennial, and German Emerald hops, Belgian IPA is by far the hoppiest beer we’ve ever made. The aroma features prominent resinous hops balanced by subtle peach-like esters. The resinous hop character continues into the flavor with a substantial but balanced bitterness. The finish is long and dry with a lingering bitterness on the palate.

On tap at Barrels & Bottles. Gold, pale and light hazy appearance with a white head and light lacing. Aroma of tropical fruits, citrus hops, light yeast, herbs and touch of spices. Similar flavor, moderate bitterness, light toasty malts and a touch grainy. Pretty good stuff.

Had on draft at the brewery. The hops came across as grassy, citrus, spicy. The yeast had an earthy and spicy character. A nice grainy flavor worked well with all that is happening here. Nice beer.

Pour on tap at Avery IPA fest, hazy orange-yellow pour with nice white head, aroma had notes of spicy yeast, white fruits with peach, pear, hints of orange in there as well, with a nice spicy, grassy middle, some biscuit and bread, slight pepper as well. Taste is a nice balance of sweet white fruit, biscuit, bread, lemon, orange, and grass, some slight pepper and phenolic notes come in, touch of earth, finishing fairly bitter and dry. Well done.

On tap at the Inaugural Boulder IPA Fest. Pour is hazy orange in appearance with a big off-white head and great lacing. Floral, spicy, herbal, biscuit, and grassy aroma. Taste is medicinal, light spice, citrus, white pepper, and bread with a medium bitter finish. Medium body with high carbonation. Really nice Belgian IPA.
