COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Named after a stray cat we found outside the brewery and have since adopted, Miho is a wheat saison fermented with a blend of saison yeasts. Aromas of citrus balance the slight bready flavor that leads into a finish with caramel and hints of spice.

Pour on tap at the brewery, hazy yellow with thin white head, aroma brought notes of floral hops, touch of esters and muddled fruit flavors, the phenolic banana and some clove come through a bit with a bit of yeast. Taste is fairly straight forward but pretty muddle, some slight esters and white fruits into some slight pepper and clove, banana in there as well finishing fairly dry.

draft. plastic eraser, plastic toy and wax yeasty nose. crunchy / toasty / chalky, medium body, a bit sludgy like their others, and less clean than it could be. bananas all over the place, sometimes something like toast or orange, and at times "wheaty" (or wheaties?). some tobacco ash and beefy banana lingers late, and it leaves the mouth feeling stale and dull.

Lightly hazy copper - nose of tangy wheat, light peppery spice, a touch of earthiness - flavor is quite dry, peppery, almost flinty - wheat malt is soft and bready through the middle - a bit of yeastiness on the tail end - lingering peppery character - a light bit of huskiness in the finish, but otherwise tasty.

Tap @ Funkwerks. Golden appearance with a white head that’s again gorgeous like almost of all Funkwerks offerings. Somewhat toasty/wheat malty, mildly spicy, floral aroma. More flowers in the flavor along with a light spiciness and wheat malts. A little disappointing from these guys but a decent one from anyone else.
