Bottle @ Richard’s Tasting. Copper pour with a small khaki head. A touch funky with some grass, leather, and musty oak. Nice tart plum and apple. A bit of caramel, grapes, and black cherry. Slight cherry, caramel, and vanilla sweetness on the palate. Plenty of tartness of plum, grape, and red wine vinegar. Slight leathery funk and fairly dry on the finish.
