on tap at Backcountry Pizza in Boulder on 5/18/12. orange pour with a 1+ finger white head. big Saison yeast nose with spices and light peach and other lingering light fruits. medium body with layers of sweet peach, light citrus, wheat and saison esters. semi-dry finish with spices and light peach / citrus.

Pour on tap at the brewery, hazy orange with thin white head, aroma is big jammy peach, hints of slight white fruit, biscuit, bready notes, slight yeast and spice notes as well. Taste is very sweet jammy peach, mixing with the slight spice and yeast to give a slight rotten flavor, hints of acidic fruits, touch of biscuit, finishing fairly sweet.

Tap @ Funkwerks. Fairly hazy, golden orange appearance with a white head. A touch overripe peach, stone fruit, jam, spicy yeasty aroma. Peach jam, apricot, over ripe, tangy, old fruity flavor. No thanks.
