COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This delicious creation was truly a product of creativity, ingenuity and luck. In the summer of 2013 we took a test batch of our sessional sour summer ale, Provincial, that didnít quite hit gravity, and decided to have some fun with it! We added a heavy dose of raspberries. The end result was so delicious, we decided to recreate it! This delightfully tart fruit beer is refreshing, with a citrusy raspberry aroma which transitions to a subtlety sweet and tart finish. Notes of lemon zest and tart raspberries.

Murky hazy light pink like straw hue dashed with pink. White ring head. Big fleshy raspberry nose, mild base, gentle funk. The flavor is nice and clean with Belgian golden crackery malt, gentle fleshy raspberry, gentle fruity tartness, finishes clean and Belgian biscuity with a kiss of dry raspberry flesh.

Bottle at Max & Jessís for an impromptu barbecue thing when I was down for Comic Con.. Pours a hazed pink grapefruit color with a thin white head. Big seedy raspberries, jammy and fuzzy. Medium bodied, soft musky raspberries, jammy raspberries. Big and seedy, long musk and raspberries. Tasty.

Bottle. Pours quite hazy pinkish lemonade, medium pink-white head, dissipates to a ring with some lacing. Aroma is lots of raspberry, lots of stems and seeds, some perfumy notes. Flavor folows, some residual sweetness, lots of raspberry, but in a stemmy, seedy way. Just a light tartness, minimal funk; more of a stemmy perfumy thing. Medium light body, high carbonation.

Sampled at the brewery, 11/25/15. Straight up pink on the pour, and straight up raspberry pink grapefruit in the aroma and flavor. A bit tart and a bit sweet. Very flavorful, especially if you like those fruity flavors.

Sampled from the tap at El Bait Shop. Pours a cloudy, yogurty pink with a pinkish white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has tart and dry raspberry with a touch of yogurt and funk. Flavor has sweet raspberry upfront that quickly grows in bitterness with sweet grains and a hint of funk backing.
