750 ml bottle shared by Derek. Pours a rich ruby red hue, gorgeous glowing and richly hazed body offers a cakey tannish pinkish head atop. Thick and firmly layered, laces well and sticks around well. Aromas are rich tart hibiscus, touch sour, lemon, florals. Touches of bready malts, gentle yeasty elements, with more florals and richer hibiscus tartness. Initial is lighter end of of the fold, medium bodied overall with tart hibiscus, florals, bready malts. Gentle yeast, some mellow spice. Middle is a bit tart, gentle kiss of sweetness but remains lighter. Touches of yeast, gentle dryness, florals. Fairly enjoyable, Hibiscus tarts the whole deal up a firm amount. Touches of lemon, floral, grass. Gentle spice, kisses of sweetness. Enjoyable.

Bottle thanks to a trade! Pours a clear ruby pink with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of hibiscus with flora and light fruit backed by a bit of Belgian yeast. Flavor is similar with hibiscus that is joined by light fruit and finishes with a perfumey note of floral and Belgian yeast.

Pour on tap at the brewery, hazy orange-pinkish glow with fluffy white head, aroma brought notes of nice berry, tart and bitter skins, hints of floral notes start to come through with a decent hibiscus note, some slight funk and fruit flavors come through as well. Taste was nice, fruity berries mix well into rose, hibiscus, some slight earthy tones into a sweet ester middle, slight biscuit notes finish with a slight funk.

750ml bottle, number 463 of 675. Pours a rosy pink with a creamy light pink head that goes to a thin film and leaves some lacing.

The aroma is a little subdued - sweet and tart fruits and floral notes.

The flavor is sweet cherries and raspberries with a slight tart note and a dry champagne like finish. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with low carbonation.

Overall, a nice fruity saison. I like it.

On tap @ Rackhouse. Poured a beautiful rich ruby color with a pink head. Scent of sour fruits (cherries, raspberries), red wine vinegar. Taste is of crisp fresh raspberry and some hibiscus. Tart, refreshing and crisp.
