COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The beer you are holding is unique. A special strain of yeast and a warm fermentation produces a beer of exceptional flavor and aroma. An extended secondary maturation and bottle conditioning ensures all these unique qualities are preserved and evolve over time. Serve at 50°F in a tulip glass.

What to expect
This tawny orange beer pours with a rocky white head. Aromas of passion fruit, tangerine, and black pepper hit the nose. Flavor is a cascade of orange, lemon verbena, ginger and pepper. And in a second it is gone, finishing with a dry and lingering bitterness that awaits another sip.

Cellaring Information
Store upright in a dark dry place at cellar temperature (ideally at 50 degree). Cellar limit is 2 years.

From notes. Tasted at a tasting at Curtis’s old house, probably around early 2012, from a 750mL bottle. Pours clear, bright yellow/orange with a thick white head that slowly recedes to average, sticky lace. The nose is spicy saison yeast with a hint of sweet banana and a touch of green hops. The flavor is is more or less the same with a very pleasant hops and spicy saison yeast bitterness, very easy to drink. The body is just under medium with lively carbonation and a spicy yeast and nicely bitter finish.

Awesome appearance and aroma. The flavor starts off perfect but then just fades away all too quickly. Other than that a very well-done beer.

Pours hazy pale gold with a big puffy white head, very good lacing, excellent retention. Farmyard aroma with notes of biscuit, lemon, tropical fruit, pepper. Light body, lively, smooth. Gently sweet, mildly sour, with a light bitter finish. Very drinkable, nothing overwhelming, yet fairly complex.

Pours a cloudy bright yellow with fizzy white head. Raw wheat, light fruits, and a little funk on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes dry.

A beautiful example of the style. A nice dryness in the mouth that is quite refreshing.

Out of a bottle, a cloudy golden yellow color with a very nice frothy head. The aroma is full of lemons, spices, cloves and earthy yeasts. Many complex flavors, apple, pears, lemons, honey, toast and spices. The finish sticks around for a while, like butting directly into a lemon.
