COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The beer you are holding is unique. A special strain of yeast and a warm fermentation produces a beer of exceptional flavor and aroma. An extended secondary maturation and bottle conditioning ensures all these unique qualities are preserved and evolve over time. Serve at 50°F in a tulip glass.

What to expect
This tawny orange beer pours with a rocky white head. Aromas of passion fruit, tangerine, and black pepper hit the nose. Flavor is a cascade of orange, lemon verbena, ginger and pepper. And in a second it is gone, finishing with a dry and lingering bitterness that awaits another sip.

Cellaring Information
Store upright in a dark dry place at cellar temperature (ideally at 50 degree). Cellar limit is 2 years.

From notes. Tasted at a tasting at Curtis’s old house, probably around early 2012, from a 750mL bottle. Pours clear, bright yellow/orange with a thick white head that slowly recedes to average, sticky lace. The nose is spicy saison yeast with a hint of sweet banana and a touch of green hops. The flavor is is more or less the same with a very pleasant hops and spicy saison yeast bitterness, very easy to drink. The body is just under medium with lively carbonation and a spicy yeast and nicely bitter finish.

Out of a bottle, a cloudy golden yellow color with a very nice frothy head. The aroma is full of lemons, spices, cloves and earthy yeasts. Many complex flavors, apple, pears, lemons, honey, toast and spices. The finish sticks around for a while, like butting directly into a lemon.

750 ml bottle. Bottled on 2014/08/22. From a trade with jcnielsen. So big thank you Justin!
Hazy yellow golden colour with a big foamy white head. Mild citrus, mild yeast, mild spices and mild malt but all those put together creates a great aroma to this beer. A great saisony aroma. The flavour is dry malt, spices, mild herbal hops and some mild bitterness. Very nice Saison. Not an American style one but a Belgian style Saison.

Excellent straightforward saison. Crisp gold color. Earthy aroma of hay, pepper, grass. Taste has a little bit of citrus and fruitiness up front but still clean grassy and spicy saison. Well done.
