The beer you are holding is unique. A special strain of yeast and a warm fermentation produces a beer of exceptional flavor and aroma. An extended secondary maturation and bottle conditioning ensures all these unique qualities are preserved and evolve over time. Serve at 50°F in a tulip glass.

What to expect
This tawny orange beer pours with a rocky white head. Aromas of passion fruit, tangerine, and black pepper hit the nose. Flavor is a cascade of orange, lemon verbena, ginger and pepper. And in a second it is gone, finishing with a dry and lingering bitterness that awaits another sip.

On tap at the brewery. Poured a muddled yellow-orange color with a moderate white head that faded to a ring. Aroma of pepper, passion fruit, and tangerine as advertised, paired with lemon, ginger, a lightly dusty yeastiness, and some faint earthy hops. Smooth, lightly dry entry lead into a moderate earthy yeastiness and hints of orange and lemon paired with a peppery spiciness that lingers into the moderately dry finish where some soft earthy hops peak through. Moderate carbonation and dry overall mouth feel. Overall, its not quite dry and earthy enough, there’s a tad too much fruit that make it seem more juicy.

Draft at the RiNo Walnut Room. Pours clear yellow gold with a thick, creamy beige head and lots of lacing. Smells like bready malt, straw, light spicy hops, and light apple, pear, and hints of pepper and ginger. Tastes like strong bready malt, straw, light spicy hops, and light banana with hints of pepper. Medium body and carbonation. Dry finish.

This is a cloudy orange gold beer w/ a foamy head. I am getting a lot of citrus in the nose which I would have guessed was from coriander were the ingredients not listed here. It is overall quite bright and fruity and some slight sweetness serves to emphasize this. It’s got a nice full texture w/ carbonation that stop just short of being prickly. Some nice banana and clove notes come out as you dig in deeper. This is a nice Belgian ale and the brewers seem to have done wonders w/ this yeast. This is a definitely must for fans of the style.

From a 12 oz bottle into a Chimay glass. Gold with head and lace. Aroma of wheat, banana, light herbs. Big carbonation and medium mouthfeel. Flavors of a wheat-banana soda, with a hint of field herbs and hay. Overall flavorful, refreshing while complex with an earthy and dryish finish.

Unclear light gold, diminishing small white head. Light and refreshing. A little tang/funk. Its almost sweet until a hint of pepperiness and a bitterness interrupt. Great yeasty fruitiness. Lots of character. I like this.

Beautiful saison. I’m not much in the rating mood but great crispness, hoppiness, yeast, and citrus characters. Will have to try their various varieties.

A lovely traditional saison. Every thing is spot on except for perhaps a lingering bitterness. Otherwise this beer rules.

Gold pour big white head. Aroma grassy hops, peaches, nectarines. Tastes honey, pepper, ginger, fresh cut wheat. palate is only slightly dry - one spot for improvement
