Clear yellow pour from a bottle at the brewery. Lots of white lacing. Slight citrus nose. Clean, crisp and bright taste - funky but a clear burst off hops that fades into some subtle bitterness.

Bottle at home with friends. Pour is hazy lemon peel with a huge white head and great lacing. Grass, lemony, citrusy, soapy aroma - light biscuit, straw, somewhat tangy, pineapple, and manog. Taste is grassy, soapy, light pepper, pineapples, lemon rind, tangy, and tropical fruits with a lightly bitter finish. Medium body with high carbonation. Nice sessionable saison.

On tap at Funkwerks. Golden and pretty clear with a bright white head and lacing. The aroma is pine, herbs, light citrus, mint and spices. Similar flavor with toasted malts. Light fluffy body with a crisp dry feel and a lingering bitter finish. Pretty interesting and refreshing.

Pours a hazy pale golden yellow color with a big three finger sticky foam head that laces nicely. On the nose it is zesty lemon, pear, pepper, grassy hops, some yeasty spice and a touch of fresh mint and doughy malt. The palate follows the nose in complexity with a great refreshing mouthfeel. Nice balance between hops, belgian spice and bready backbone. Really enjoyable and drinkable. Thanks Adnielsen !

Pale straw pour. Lemon and peppermint present, and citrusy hops mellow out the barnyard yeast qualities on the taste. Light and crisp, with a dry finish that makes it a very drinkable beer.

Tap @ Funkwerks. Pours a hazy light yellow appearance with a white head. Spicy, peppery yeasty, rich lemon, light skunk, a bit juicy, tropical aroma. Spicy, a little bready yeasty, big lemon, lightly tart, herbal hoppy, grassy, peppery, slightly floral/soapy flavor. Pretty easy to drink but similar to some of the other products at Funkwerks, so a little boring.

Tap at Funkwerks - brewed to showcase the polaris hop - cloudy gold pour with a fluffy head - loads of peppermint and pine in the nose from the hop, along with some lavender and honey - flavor is a bit sweet for the abv, but the hops kick in with some pepper and mint to balance this - some wheat and honey late - a touch of apricot and lingering bitterness in the finish - nice brew.
