Sampled at the brewery, 11/25/15. Fruity hops, a bit floral as well, with some peppery yeast. Dry and very clean on the finished. Hopped up take on the standard Saison that works quite well.

Flowery hoppy shit. I've said it before, I just don't like traditional IPAs. ---Rated via BeerBuddy for iPhone.

Poured with yeast, a cloudy light orange. Soapy froth. Grassy peppery aroma with orange and spices, lemon. Some sweet light caramel malt. Rakau gets lost in there but Im sure it compliments. Taste is full soft malt some breadyness, orange mild citrus- lemon and pepper. Hints of dry alcohol, finishes nicely, with a nice mellow acidity/tanginess and peppery bitter.

Everything is about okay except for the flavor which had a bad medicinal taste.

Bottle with a bottled on date 12/1/14. Hazy golden body with an initial huge head of white, soapy bubbles. Funky aroma of sour grapes, yeast, hints of honey and some grapefruit too. First impression of the taste was bitter but not in a bad way. Almost musty tasting with a bit of breadiness. A very tasty saison.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tap at Falling Rock, Denver. Bright orange color. Thin, white lacing head. Great aroma, yeast, passion fruit, mango, a little pineapple. Flavor has fresh. Fruity hops with some sweet wheat. I believe this is a sweetened saison that appears to rely heavily on the flavor and aroma from the hops. Very good.

Very nice combination of malt and sour. Definitely a summer go to ....
A hazy golden amber with a white head and lacings. The aroma is floral and sour as the flavor has a twang without being overbearing. The finish is crisp.

This beer is cloudy gold with a spiced aroma and mild lemon flavor paires with scallops with ginger pea puree and cilantro gremolata. This really brought out the lemon in the flavor.

A decent saison, nothing special. Pours a cloudy yellow-orange with a white head. Smells of tropical fruit and Orange creme. Taste starts quite fruity, then has a dry saison finish. Paired with ginger and pea scallops, brings out a lot of earthiness and more of the peas. Had in the bottle.

An interesting saison overall. Pours a cloudy orange with a soapy white head. Smells of pear, peach, and apple with saison undertones. Taste is dry with lots of peace and apple, with a herby background. Had in the bottle.
