Draft... This beer rocks! Pours hazy and golden with a large, fluffy, white head. Good retention. The bouquet is reminiscent of a Hot Toddy - lemon, bourbon and honey. Medium-bodied with a dry mouthfeel and prickly carbonation. Fantastic Berliner base beer with sky-high acidity - yeah, itís sour - and plenty of lemon, a hint of bourbon and a suggestion of honey. Very little sweetness here. However, there is a ton of clean, acute acidity. Short, crisp, sour finish. World class beer!

Draft at the FB Lounge in Boca. Pours a dark yellow, nearly orange into a snifter. One finger foamy head. Head lasts and laces nicely. The aroma...oh the aroma. That perfect FB berliner aroma with light tart fruits, a little barnyard, earthy aromas, and then the oak aged barrel. The taste is quite the same with the perfect tartness but the barrel just added something huge. It was smooth with the oak flavors and ends with a pucker. Good carbonation. One of the best berliners Iíve ever had.

On draft at the Buddha. Stopped in today for a quick second to see if anything was still on draft from their Tuesday ACBW release. This one was so I got a little sample. Itís much like their other berliners, hints of fruit with a tart/sour flavor. This one was on the darker, sort of brown. I figure it came from the barrel they used. A good solid showing here.
