This pan-European amber ale starts with 100% Munich malt for a sticky-sweet body. We add a judicious dose of Styrian Goldings hops, and ferment using a pure Belgian Abbey yeast. At 5.95%, this brew is lip-smacking and biscuit-y, with fruit and spice flavors from the Belgian yeast.

On tap at the brewery. Comes reddish brown with a nice beige head. Aroma of malt, caramel, and yeast. Taste is sweet malt, caramel, yeast, and spice. Well made.

The name says Alex but no reference anywhere for that. Good amber color has aroma of malt and light caramel. Strong belgian yeast flavors of spice and pepper. Long aftertaste.
