This poundable session IPA is brewed with 2-row barley and a touch of caramel malt for depth, accented with loads and loads of late-addition Citra hops. The hops provide an IPA-sized dose of intensely fruity hop aroma without an overly bitter finish.

4 oz sample draft at the brewery in Oakland Park, Florida. The pour is a hazed gold yellow with great lace left behind on the taster glass. The aroma is a fresh, great dank resin. All about the hops. The taste is the dank resin hops throughout, balanced a bit with cracker malt backbone. Really fresh taste. The palate is light bodied, though the unfiltered mouthfeel gives a nice heft that these low alcohol IPA’s rarely have. Super easy to drink. Really nice, one of the best I have had of this style.

On tap at brewery. Nose is straight up danky. String citra and beyond type of hop. Refreshingly light palate, minimal sweetness. This is a great pale ale. Probably two to three times as much hops as a pale ale from a year ago. Definitely over the top and double yummy. ---Rated via intercellular device

Sampled at Funky Buddha. Got a little sample just to see how this bad boy turned out. Nice hoppy floral aroma mixed with a tad bit of grapefruit. The flavor and body however were surprising light. This would have to be one of the easiest drinking sessionable IPA’s I’ve tried in a long time. A good showing here.

I love how light and fluffy this beer Os. The hops really shine but not in a stomach churning overly bitter way. Like a hopped blonde. Quite desirable and sessionable.

Draft. Gold pour, small white head. Little retention/lace. Aroma of citrus, orange peel, lemon, cracker. Taste is moderately bitter, tropical/lemon hop, cracker. Palate is soft, light, refreshing, light bitter finish. Very good.

The aroma saved them here. Strong citrus. Enjoyable for a hp head looking for a low gravity option not bad. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft... Cloudy brilliant-orange ale with a mid-sized, fizzy, white head. Decent retention. The bouquet includes juicy, wet, centennial hops and a pleasant, grainy, toasted barley component. Light-bodied with biting carbonation. This is loaded with wet centennial hop flavor without blasting my taste buds with heavy hop bitterness. Finishes crisp, moderately bitter and grassy. Crazy drinkable and nicely balanced for an American-style IPA. Tons of hop flavor without the normally associated, heavy bitterness is why I prefer harvest-time IPAs over those brewed the other eleven months of the year.

My Bottom Line:
Ginger-like fruity spiciness is found within starkly citrusy fruitiness in this quenching, delicate Pale Ale.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam covers the misty golden shine.
-The finish promotes even more citrus and ginger; bitterness is very subdued.
-The citrusy component is redolent of starfruit and citrus candy.
-Cereal flavours are lightly honeyed and build up mostly in the second half of each sip.
-Carbonate this naturally and serve it from a hand pump and you’ve got a replica of many UK Golden Ales.
-This is one of those rare beers which actually works wonderfully when served at cold temperatures. The citrusy fruitiness is still very present and increases the refreshment factor. The bitterness is minimal anyway, so there are no clashing moments in the finish. Just refreshment.

Fresh growler.
