COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Jim,Kevin and myself were standing on top of a toilet celebrating a successful brew day, when our vigorous cheer caused us to slip off and simultaneously hit our heads on the sink. When we all came to, we all looked at each other and shouted, "Brown Ale!" Well, Jim said "eggroll" but he was concussed and we knew what he meant. With 7 different malts and just a hint of plutonium, this beer was truly a collaborative effort that we hope you enjoy.

Nose is chocolate-y malt. Slight roastiness in the flavor but mostly a creamy dark chocolate. Slightly astringent finish. Drying. But still a full mouthfeel. Not my favorite brown but very drinkable. ---Rated via intercellular device

1 litre swingtop growler poured a clear reddish brown with a lasting tan head. Aromas of cocoa, carmel, toasted malt and light earthiness. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of cocoa, earthiness, tobacco and light carmel with a smooth lingering earthy finish.

On draft at the Lounge. Pours a hazy brown with an off-white head. Nose is some toasted malt, some tobacco, some spice, some nutty character, and some light bitterness. Flavor is similar: some toast, some nuts, some spice, and some light bitterness. Nice and sweet middle of the road brown ale.
