On draft at the Buddha, special Thursday night tapping. Ginger...They weren’t kidding around here. Tons of ginger in the aroma with an earthy piney backing. Flavor has hints of dark chocolate with a dry-ish finish. Very interesting and unique.

Aroma is packed with ginger and a faint hint of hops and malts.. But the ginger is taking over the picture. Appearance is nicely orangly coloured with a white head that slowly fades. The taste is also bombed up with ginger that have a peppery touch. Pretty fat feeling with lots of blooming american hops. Nice ipa with an attitude.

This one was called "The DayWalker" when they poured it at the FBG Fest 2012. Pours a yellow-orange color with a white head. Nose is huge-mega-boatload of ginger followed by a bit of malt and a bit of citrus/ pine. The hops are very subdued from the massive ginger presence, but the massive presence is balanced by the IPA. Somehow, this works real well. Medium in body and nice balance.

Sampled at FBG beerfest, poured a light orange color with aroma of all ginger and a touch of hops. Flavor is ginger but balanced with eathy hops, decent and interesting ipa for sure.
