"You can be my wingman anytime." -Iceman

In a veritable sea of India Pale Ales, what does it take to leap out from the rest? To us, the answer is Hop Gun IPA. Lift a pint – from first sniff to last sip, our flagship IPA drinks like an ode to hoppy goodness. Galena, Cascade, and Nelson Sauvin hops burst forth with an unmistakably heady aroma. Flavors of grapefruit, honey, melon, and pineapple mingle with a malt body that balances caramel and biscuit character with a pronounced dry finish.

Pairing Suggestions: Washed rind cheeses, chipotle chicken wings, Thai red curry, hoisin-glazed roast duck, Moroccan-spiced lamb chops, fresh-baked cherry pie.

Bottle. Golden amber body with a pillowy off-white head. Hoppy, citrusy aroma. Flavor is high on hops with a lot of grapefruit and a tropical feel. Semi sweet and tart in the finish. Very good.

Crisp amber and copper coloured body with a nice two centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of pineapple, tropical fruits, muscat grapes and a hint of pine. Medium-bodied; Assertive hop flavour with a nice tropical fruit and floral finish with a good malt overlay and a good dose of resin at the end. Aftertaste is relatively simplistic with the tropical fruits and floral notes, but the malt shows well and doesn’t overpower. Overall, a good IPA for sure, and one that hits the right notes but doesn’t have anything terribly complex or pungent. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Knightly Spirits (Orange Blossom Trail) in Orlando, Florida on 01-October-2015 for US$2,25 sampled in my hotel room (WDW Swan) on 02-October-2015 after wearing my two kids out at the park.

Bottle, thanks to cards04. Cloudy amber pour with a nice white head. Aroma is melon, pineapple, sweet honey and subtle citrus. Flavour is much the same, nicely balanced sweet and bitter with great fresh fruit and honey notes. A really solid, delicious IPA.

Bottle from cards. Great looking beer, orange with a foamy white head. Aroma is citrusy and slightly grassy. Flavor has an overwhelming orange peel with citrus hops. Quite good.

Bottled, poured in glass. Big frothy white head. Semi sweet hoppy nose, fruits on the palate with big hop finish. Crisp and sharp. Not my all time favorite IPA but certainly an honorable mention. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle, Poured clear copper color with an average frothy off-white head that was mostly lasting with very good lacing. Moderate complex hop aroma. Medium body with slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. This beer met my expectations.
