COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
"You can be my wingman anytime." -Iceman

In a veritable sea of India Pale Ales, what does it take to leap out from the rest? To us, the answer is Hop Gun IPA. Lift a pint – from first sniff to last sip, our flagship IPA drinks like an ode to hoppy goodness. Galena, Cascade, and Nelson Sauvin hops burst forth with an unmistakably heady aroma. Flavors of grapefruit, honey, melon, and pineapple mingle with a malt body that balances caramel and biscuit character with a pronounced dry finish.

Pairing Suggestions: Washed rind cheeses, chipotle chicken wings, Thai red curry, hoisin-glazed roast duck, Moroccan-spiced lamb chops, fresh-baked cherry pie.

Draft at Localtopia. Weak aroma of hops and slight floral notes. Flavor doesn't have the punch I was hoping for. Not as good as I had hoped overall but not bad.

Tap at proof brewing tallahassee Florida jan 2014 Pours deep orange hue with a small soapy off white head and sparse lacing. Nose is resins woody slightly metallic. Flavors are pine big grapefruit and re sinous woody hops. Sort of an old stool iPad here akin to a sierra Nevada or even more harsh. Long woody re sinous finish. Soft palate makes this pretty easy to drink.

On tap at FL Tap Invitational at Proof. Pours a clear golden orange with thin Off-white lacy head. Aroma is resinous citrus up front then a nice caramel malt backbone. Taste follows, bittersweet finish. This is very well balanced, nice IPA.

Spicy, pickled peach aroma. Almost briny, malty and not sweet. I liked. Spicy finish. On tap, Proof Florida Tap Invitational, with PorterPounder.
