"You can be my wingman anytime." -Iceman

In a veritable sea of India Pale Ales, what does it take to leap out from the rest? To us, the answer is Hop Gun IPA. Lift a pint – from first sniff to last sip, our flagship IPA drinks like an ode to hoppy goodness. Galena, Cascade, and Nelson Sauvin hops burst forth with an unmistakably heady aroma. Flavors of grapefruit, honey, melon, and pineapple mingle with a malt body that balances caramel and biscuit character with a pronounced dry finish.

Pairing Suggestions: Washed rind cheeses, chipotle chicken wings, Thai red curry, hoisin-glazed roast duck, Moroccan-spiced lamb chops, fresh-baked cherry pie.

Pours a copper color with a frothy white head that leaves a lot of lacing. Excellent aromas of pineapple, grapefruit, mango and other fruit. Tastes of citrus upfront with a nice malty balance at the end. Good amount of bitterness; not overdone. A very good and refreshing IPA.

Solid IPA had while in Orlando. Nice grapefruit nose. Taste was great bitterness but the hops didn't overwhelm me. Smooth mouthfeel and easy drinking. A little grassiness in the taste as well. A good IPA worth another try, just not outstanding. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12oz bottle from Total Wine in Jensen Beach. Yellowish orange pour with a spongey white head. Citrus. Chewy resin. Pineapple led. Other tropical fruits show through, along with biscuity malts. More sweetly fruity than bittersweet. Tasty. 14.3

Complex body of caramel malt, grapefruit and pineapple, finishing with an absolute blast of hops, picking up a touch of green/ peppery spice as it lingers.

Thanks Kelly! This was poured into a becher pint glass. The appearance was a semi-hazy burnt yet transparent glossy orange color. One finger white foamy head dissipates immediately. Messy sticky lacing. The smell takes on sweet apricot, mango, honeydew and melon sliding over top of a light sweet to bitter grassy hoppiness. Light caramel malt underneath. The taste was mainly sweet with bitter grassy hoppiness coming in nicely. Quick bitter grassy aftertaste but a sweet citrus/apricot finish. On the palate, sits about a light to medium on the body. Sweet smooth feel on my tongue, different for an AIPA, but I like it. Overall, damn nice AIPA, I’d definitely have this again.
