"You can be my wingman anytime." -Iceman

In a veritable sea of India Pale Ales, what does it take to leap out from the rest? To us, the answer is Hop Gun IPA. Lift a pint – from first sniff to last sip, our flagship IPA drinks like an ode to hoppy goodness. Galena, Cascade, and Nelson Sauvin hops burst forth with an unmistakably heady aroma. Flavors of grapefruit, honey, melon, and pineapple mingle with a malt body that balances caramel and biscuit character with a pronounced dry finish.

Pairing Suggestions: Washed rind cheeses, chipotle chicken wings, Thai red curry, hoisin-glazed roast duck, Moroccan-spiced lamb chops, fresh-baked cherry pie.

Orange color with an attractive off white head that left nice lacing on the side of the glass. Candied grapefruit rind nose with a hint of the ABV, especially as it warms. Lots of bitter grapefruit zest, orange rind, melon over of caramel sweetness. This drinks almost like an IIPA. Tasty hop head beer.

12 oz bottle. Funky Buddha. Their flavored porters are unbelievably good. Whatever ba Bonita is, well it’s amazing. Special beers. This, it’s a mediocre IPA. Not memorable.

ABC Orlando bottle over Princess weekend. Just a really nice IPA. Everything is there. A little orange and grapefruit citrus flavor. Medium bitterness with a hint of resin. Plus enough malt to keep it balanced. Very tasty.

Very bitter and hoppy, perhaps too much actually! This is not a session beer, i did not taste floral notes or even citrus just hops! Too much ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft. Pours murky orange-brown with thin white head that dissipates mild aroma over light carbonation. One dimensional hop evergreen bitter flavor. Not much going on. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz. bottle from smith4498. Pours a clear amber color with a medium sized off white head that settles into a creamy film. The aroma has some nice citrus and tropical fruit hops with some sweeter malts present as well. The flavor has some citrus and tropical fruit hops though less than the nose indicated, grass, toasted malts, some caramel, moderate bitterness to the finish, dry, decent enough.

Bottled. The aroma is quite good, bit of bread and yeast. The body is muddy and there quite a thick white head. The taste is sweet and it lacks the kick of a typical ipa. However, the finish is great.
