"You can be my wingman anytime." -Iceman

In a veritable sea of India Pale Ales, what does it take to leap out from the rest? To us, the answer is Hop Gun IPA. Lift a pint – from first sniff to last sip, our flagship IPA drinks like an ode to hoppy goodness. Galena, Cascade, and Nelson Sauvin hops burst forth with an unmistakably heady aroma. Flavors of grapefruit, honey, melon, and pineapple mingle with a malt body that balances caramel and biscuit character with a pronounced dry finish.

Pairing Suggestions: Washed rind cheeses, chipotle chicken wings, Thai red curry, hoisin-glazed roast duck, Moroccan-spiced lamb chops, fresh-baked cherry pie.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy orangish gold with a thin head. Aromas of... Well...not much... A bit of orange blossom and a slight whiff of resin is about all I get out of it. Flavor has a hint of peaches at the front end and a nice resiny bristliness at the finish.

Bottle. Hazy dark orange with medium sized foamy whitish head, citrus and hops aroma, medium carbonation, slightly bitter hoppy taste with long orange peel finish. Very nicely balanced citrus and hops bitterness.

Cloudy orange, with a nice sized white head. Smells like citrus, with some crackery malts. Taste is a good deal of crisp grapefruit, some toasty malts, but mostly citrusy hops. I liked it...

Bouteille. Merci Charles. Couleur jaune-orangée, mousse blanche. Arôme de houblon résineux et florel. En bouche, malt, un peu de biscuit et caramel mais beaucoup de houblon, très florale, un peu d’agrumes. Très bonne.

My dad brought me this from FL along with some Cigar City. I think this bottle was old, the hops were faded. Good citrus flavor, I’m guessing this is a pretty good beer but I’d have to try it fresh to know for sure.

5/9/15. On tap at new Proof. Orange pour with a nice khaki head, good lacing. Nice aroma, light citrus, mild dankness, some malts poking through. Great flavor, not too bitter or sweet, citrus, pine, dank, flavorful, not too much malt getting in the way. Tasty!

12 oz bottle. Tasted on 5/11/15. Bottle courtesy of Luis V. The nose has a nice citrus & light floral note to it. The taste is smooth & has a good hop bite to it. The finish lingers with a fair amount of bitterness & was very easy to drink. Overall a good IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12oz bottle. No code date. Appearance: Golden and slightly hazy, with a thick white foam head that holds nicely. Aroma: Typical citrus but not very strong. Hints of melon and grass. Taste: Sweet toasted and caramel malt, leading into a sharp citrus bitterness with some grassy, pineapple hop notes. Mouthfeel: medium with moderate carbonation and a hint of alcohol warmth. Finish: Sweet malty finish with lingering grassy bitterness. Overall: A nice, easy drinking IPA. Aroma seemed a little subdued and the flavor didn’t really stand out from others, but I’d drink it again.
