In a veritable sea of India Pale Ales, what does it take to leap out from the rest? To us, the answer is Hop Gun IPA. Lift a pint – from first sniff to last sip, our flagship IPA drinks like an ode to hoppy goodness. Galena, Cascade, and Nelson Sauvin hops burst forth with an unmistakably heady aroma. Flavors of grapefruit, honey, melon, and pineapple mingle with a malt body that balances caramel and biscuit character with a pronounced dry finish.

Pairing Suggestions: Washed rind cheeses, chipotle chicken wings, Thai red curry, hoisin-glazed roast duck, Moroccan-spiced lamb chops, fresh-baked cherry pie.

(on tap @ Mikkeller & Friends) Pours a hazy, dark amber with off-white head. Good retention and beautiful lace. Aroma is toffee and candified fruit. Oily texture, medium to full body, medium carbonation and a balanced finish bordering on the sweet side. Alcohol is well integrated. Flavour follows the nose but yields more pineapple and peach as well as candy sugar. This is getting close to DIPA-land but manages to remain pleasant.

Really nicely done beer. Sample pour of deep gold to mild amber. Really nice aroma of citrus and pine resin. Clean, muted malt. Really healthy drinking, tropical fruit notes and medium to light malt background. Definitely hop forward though. Really enjoyable.

On tap at BRU for PBW. Pours a hazy yellow with slight orange hue and white foam head. Aroma of zest, grapefruit and slight caramel. Sweet, zesty pungent hop hit with a nice mellow fruity finish. A more malty hop brew but just enough to give it some depth without crossing the line. Excellent.

Tap. Amber body with an average, lacing off-white head. Aroma of grapefruit, peach, melon notes and caramel. Sweet flavor that ends up dry and nice bitter. Medium bodied, oily texture and soft carb. A very nice IPA.

Pours hazy amber with a decent whitish sandy head. Aroma is light lemony hops. Flavor brings delicious variety of sweet and juicy citrusy lemon hops right up my alley. The ending of juicy oranges and sweet zest is so wonderful.
