"You can be my wingman anytime." -Iceman

In a veritable sea of India Pale Ales, what does it take to leap out from the rest? To us, the answer is Hop Gun IPA. Lift a pint – from first sniff to last sip, our flagship IPA drinks like an ode to hoppy goodness. Galena, Cascade, and Nelson Sauvin hops burst forth with an unmistakably heady aroma. Flavors of grapefruit, honey, melon, and pineapple mingle with a malt body that balances caramel and biscuit character with a pronounced dry finish.

Pairing Suggestions: Washed rind cheeses, chipotle chicken wings, Thai red curry, hoisin-glazed roast duck, Moroccan-spiced lamb chops, fresh-baked cherry pie.

On tap at the brewpub in Oakland Park, Fl. Poured a hazy brown color with a nice citrus and hop aroma. Taste is Citrus, Pine and bitter hops and were crisp and refreshing. Palate is tart. Not an IPA fan but a nice IPA that I could drink in the afternoon in the Florida heat.

Growler thanks to Nick. Pours a clear orange with frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is grapefruit, honey and caramel. Medium mouthfeel with strong grapefruit, pine, and light bitterness in the finish, easy to drink, very impressive.

Poured from a 32 ounce growler. Minimal white head dissipates rather quickly. Nice citrus grapefruit and piney aroma. A bit darker than your average IPAA almost a red IPAA. Excellent hop flavor and bitterness medium bodied and medium carbonation. absolutely one of my favorites.

Tap at Big City tavern. Nose is light hops and a hint of spice. Nice hop mouthful. Floral with hints of fruit and spice. Hoppy mellow smooth finish with a hint of bitterness. Nothing overpowering, nicely done

Thanks to Thirsty_Moe on the growler. A lot of tropical fruits and biscuity smells. Taste really matches the aroma. A sharp bitterness hits the tongue on first sip. Very unique being quite hoppy and still very quenching and refreshing. Good stuff.
