COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
"You can be my wingman anytime." -Iceman

In a veritable sea of India Pale Ales, what does it take to leap out from the rest? To us, the answer is Hop Gun IPA. Lift a pint – from first sniff to last sip, our flagship IPA drinks like an ode to hoppy goodness. Galena, Cascade, and Nelson Sauvin hops burst forth with an unmistakably heady aroma. Flavors of grapefruit, honey, melon, and pineapple mingle with a malt body that balances caramel and biscuit character with a pronounced dry finish.

Pairing Suggestions: Washed rind cheeses, chipotle chicken wings, Thai red curry, hoisin-glazed roast duck, Moroccan-spiced lamb chops, fresh-baked cherry pie.

Nose is piney but not over the top. Slight hop bitterness but not overly so. Moderate hop flavor also piney and slight lemon and grapefruit. Enjoyable IPA. ---Rated via intercellular device

Robe ambrée, assez foncée. Nez houblonnée et caramelisé. En bouche des notes de fruits rouge et raisin, ainsi que des saveurs de miel et de caramel dans les malt. L’amertume est également présente en fin de gorgée. Belle découverte.

From a bottle. The pour is orange with a bitter biscuit and hop oil like taste.

Pours a clear classic golden with a pillowy white head. The head is perpetual. Citrus is cut with the sweetness of the malt. Nice smooth, easy drinking. Citrus hop character, but it weakens to a thin bitterness.

While their bombers are usually pretty amazing, their 12oz offerings leave a lot to be desired. This kinda falls into that area as well. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Cloudy copper pour. Thin white head. Pretty normal looking. Aroma is sweet hops, taste is the same. Too sweet. Kinda malty. Prefer less malts in IPAs. Its not bad but it could be old? Somewhat stale tasting.

Bouteille.

On draft. Pours a dark orange color and crowned by a small, off white head of foam that quickly recedes to a thin film leaving splotches of lace behind. The aroma shows notes of citrus fruit reminiscent of orange and grapefruit to go with a citrus hop bitterness sitting a top of toasted biscuit malt base. The flavor shows orange and grapefruit notes with ample amounts of hop bitterness on the back end. Medium bodied with good carbonation that leads to a bitter sweet finish. Good, solid IPA but nothing crazy.

Bottled distribution in the area now. Cloudy copper pour with a foamy head. Light, citrusy aroma. Nicely balanced - a little sweet for my taste, but a good balance for the style.
