At brewery grand opening...aroma of hops and slight funk. Hops up front in the taste fading to slight sweetness. I get very little sourness but still a solid refreshing bw

Draft at Funky Buddha. Snifter. Pours a yellowish cloud with a thick white head. Nose of sour grapefruit, passion fruit, and funky bacteria. The taste was grapefruit (not sweet), tart citrus, slightly sour bacteria and champagne. The finish is slightly carbonated, wheat, and is quite refreshing. Not as sour as I typically like but I had a second so I must have lied it.

On draft at the Buddha. Pours with a big frothy head. Aroma is a mix between floral hops, sour funk, and slight mint. Definitely not the most sour Berliner they’ve brewed but it’s still damn tasty!

12 oz draft at the brewpub in Boca Raton, Florida. The pour is a hazed yellow gold, with a smallish white head. The aroma is grapefruit, tartness, and a bit of sour mash wheat. The taste is crisp fresh clean grapefruit tartness, moving towards a soft wheat body and finishing clean and crisp with a pleasantly bright tartness. The palate is light bodied, sparkling carbonation, and a clean tart grapefruit finish. Not a ton of depth of flavor, though very refreshing easy drinking beer. Unique, really well executed.
