Last Snow is a version of our porter that is near and dear to our hearts. With flavors of coconut, coffee, and white chocolate, Last Snow tastes like liquid indulgency in a glass. Chocolate covered coconut never tasted so good!

UPDATED: JUL 29, 2013 Fresh growler. Iím fortunate to have tried this a few times, and Iím glad this recipe scaled well to their new system.

Aroma like whoa: a huge blast of maple syrup, coconut, chocolate, and vanilla erupts immediately after flipping the swingtop. Previous batches Iíve tried didnít have this maple character, and while those aroma were also incredible, I do like the addition. Roasty at the same time; some bitter black coffee remains too. I canít stop smelling my glass; Iíd instantly purchase a bulk supply of Last Snow scented candles if they made them.

Much of this bleeds over into the taste, yet it lacks the magic held by the aroma. Palate is quite good but not mind-blowing the way the aroma is. This is one of the few empties I refuse to wash just so I can drop by for a quick whiff again for the next few days.

Phenomenal; unequaled by 99.5% of the craft brewing industry. Love the Buddha!

1 litre swing top growler poured a clear dark reddish brown with a small lasting tanhead. Aromas of coconut, roasted malt, dark chocolate, carmel and coffee. Palate was medium bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of roasted malt, coffee, coconut, dark chocolate, vanilla and light carmel with a smooth dry lingering chocolate coconut finish.

Growler split with buds at Ratmans (thanks very much amigo!) Pours a coffee brown with a thin white head. What a fantastic nose of carmel and brown sugar with waifs of sweet coconut. Taste is amazingly light and flavorful. Loads of soft Almond Joy chewiness with touches of coffee, roasted malts, and vanilla creamer. What a tasty treat. A wonderful blend of coffee, coconut, and chocolate, all in a light bodied for a porter. Delish....

Draft at taproom. Jeez! If I knew how good the beer is here, I would have gotten here hours ago. Pours black with a thin khaki head. Does leave some lacing in the glass. Big roasted chocolate and coconut notes on the nose. The person who said this is a mounds bar in liquid form is spot on. Youíre lucky if you get a beer that makes you go "thatís fucking delicious!" more than once a week and Iíve said it twice within an hour.

On tap at Funky Buddha Oakland Park. Pours blak with a brown head and strong, nice, pleasant aroma of chocolate and coconut. Taste is similar, very smooth and drinkable, lots of coconut and chocolate with coffee in the roasty finish. Excellent porter, very tasty
