On tap @ GABF. Black pour with a tan head. Really crazy coconut aroma. Smells like a mounds candy bar. Sweet chocolate, light roast, and a hint of coffee. Mostly coconut, though. Flavor is chewy, fresh coconut. Some vanilla, chocolate, and even more sweet coconut. Mounds candy bar all the way. Just a touch of roasted malt and coffee.

1 litre swing top growler poured a clear dark reddish brown with a small lasting tanhead. Aromas of coconut, roasted malt, dark chocolate, carmel and coffee. Palate was medium bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of roasted malt, coffee, coconut, dark chocolate, vanilla and light carmel with a smooth dry lingering chocolate coconut finish.

HOLY CRAP! Dark brown pour, brownish head. Aroma? COFFEE! Vanilla follows with some coconute notes and milk chocolate. Flavor is just amazing with coconut, vanilla and a load of coffee. So creamy. Damn good. Wow.

Draft… This beer rocks!… Cloudy, dark brown ale with a small, creamy, khaki head. The nose is a luxurious swirl of big-time coconut flanked by modest notes of caramel, vanilla and deep roast coffee. Medium to full-bodied and milky with relaxed carbonation. The flavor is moderately sweet and presents a lovely mélange of robust coffee, rich coconut and mild chocolate. Roasted cocoa and toasted coconut finish. With a base beer this good and creative treatments, it’s hard to go wrong here. World class beer!

On tap at the Blue Dog (Lansdale). Poured a dark brown color with an off white head. Coffee, coconut, chocolate, roasty, and vanilla.

Served on draft at Brewvival. Pours dark brown with an average sized tan head. Decent head retention. Huge vanilla and coffee notes in the aroma with roasted malts and a hoppy finish. Sweet aroma overall. The taste is coffee, roasted malts, caramel, coconut, vanilla and a hoppy finish. Medium bodied. Nice beer.

Tap at CK. Pours a deeper clear ruby. Massive off white foam. Big rocky retention. Nose is out of this world. Super rich espresso, coconut hazelnut frappacino. Taste is a little weak but this is not an imperial stout. Thinner than expected with rich frappacino character. The rich Dunkin Donuts iced coffee nose and taste is uncanny but still a bit contrived for me. Could simply be not even a beer if it were given to me blind. Delicious. Tangy lactic palate. Sharper coffee finish. Liked this one a lot. But more of a Starbucks concoction than a porter. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Thin mouthfeel but wow a great beer. Tastes like it has coffee in it too. A chcoalte coconut odyssey.
