Pours a cloudy lemonade with a small white head. Aroma of pineapple juice, vomit, and tarty fruit. Taste is much the same as the aroma. Tarty

On draft at Berliner Bash. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Nose is pineapple, some light citrus, and a subtle hint of lactic character. Flavor is similar- pineapple that yields to tart berliner-ness, then recedes. Medium in body for the style, and lingering pineapple into the finish.

Draft at Pegs with Linh during the Berliner Bash 2012. Pours a hazy, creamy yellow body with no head. Aroma is funk, tart and of course, pineapple. Mouthfeel is very nice, as Linh describes it, "a Hawaiian dream with notes of unknown." Some notes of pineapple, mango, and funky sour tropical fruits (the theme for the day).

On draft at the Buddha for ACBW. Awesome aroma of pineapple mixed with that sour funk we’ve all grown to love (as sour heads anyway). Flavor wasn’t over the top sour but still delivered enough punch to tickle the jaw. Great job here.

Tap at Peg’s for Berliner Bash. Full haze white pour. Amazing crushed pineapple nose. Intense. Spot on. Taste is super bright, super zippy, gorgeous pineapple. Very intense, beautiful. This brewery is some sort of prodigy.

On draft at Berliner Bash, poured a light yellow color, aromas of pineapples, and all pineapples. Flavor is light tart pineapples, very refreshing beer in the heat, wish there was more of it.

Draft at Peg’s. Very pale yellow color, white coca cola head. Aroma of pineapples forgotten in grandma’s attic and discovered weeks later. Taste is hard candy made from those pineapples. Tasty stuff.
