On tap at Churchkey. Served in a mini snifter. Pours a bright pink color with a thin white head that recedes quite quickly. The nose carries a light bit of cheese, especially as it warms. Behind that is a strong scent of fresh raspberries. Bright and acidic as opposed to musty and earthy. Flavor has an underlying tartness to be paired with the strong raspberry presence. Moderate acidity. Light body. Very good and thirst quenching. Quite nice other than the cheesiness in the nose.

Draft. Cloudy pink body topped by small off-white head. Aroma is moderately sweet, raspberry, some lemon, tart. Taste is moderately sweet, lemon, some raspberry, sour. Light-medium body, light stickiness, acidity.

Draft at Churchkey for the Bluejacket/Funky Buddha/Cigar City event during SAVOR week. Poured a vibrant red color, no head at all. Aroma was tart raspberries. Flavor was fantastic - tart raspberries. Nice! Got me in the jaw like a good sour, tart beer should. Really liked this one. Should have gotten this one a few times instead of some of the other ones I looked into.

Draft. Murky pinkish red color, off white edge head. Aroma of raspberry cheesecake. Taste is softly sour raspberries, cherries, lemons, subtle salt. Delicious.

On tap at Churckey for the Funky Buddha event. Pure raspberry seeds and hints of lactic funk lead to pronounced acidity and a super fleshy flavor. Light body with a dry finish.

Tap at CK. glowing neon pinkish red. Kool aid burst. Weak head. Acid cut. Raspberry cheesecake nose. Has that cheesy, funky nose found in Pegs Cantina Berliners. Taste is tart and refreshing. Quenching. Bright. Long lactic acidity. Nice. Not aggressive or abrasively sour.

On tap at Monk’s. Pours a bright ruby red color with a big pink head. Big raspberry, dusty. Soft acid, a touch of stomach acid. Gentle funkiness, bright raspberry. Seeds, acid, light funk. Soft and easy. Long bright funky acid.

UPDATED: JUN 7, 2012 Draft at monks during the funky Buddha. Pours a bright, glowing pinkish red body with no head. Aroma is vomit acidity and fresh, tart raspberries. Mouthfeel is tart with notes of funky raspberry and fresh tart fruit skins.

Hazy glowing orange-red-pink body, thin off white head that quickly receded, no lacing. Nose is full of jammy, seedy raspberries. Intense, but suggests an artificially sweetened construction. Flavor is similar, tasty, but somewhat unnatural. Light bodied, not particularly refreshing for a berliner, strongly acidic without a nice tartness, and moderately cloying toward the end of the full glass. Lacking the things that make berliners great.

On tap at the Den. Pours resembles a grapefruit mimosa, with minimal head and lacing. Aromas of ultra funked and butted out sour dough, raspberry, tons of yeast, weird cheese, wet wood. Taste is the same with some grapefruit, raspberry jam, funky yeast, and wood complexity. Serious funk. Awesome
