3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Grapefruit color with fizzy white head. Aroma is sour grapes, grapefruit citrus and silly putty. Taste is very tart and mildly sweet with tons of carbonation.

22 oz bottle shared by Kan. Thanks! Pours a sunset pinkish orange hue, a glowing haze, well carbonated with a whitish head, good spotty thicker ring. Laces ok overall. Aromas are tangy raspberries and lemons, touches of lactic acidity, yogurt, and more fuzzy raspberries, fruity berry and touches of fuzz, tartness, almost a faint urine essence that is sharp, but I don’t think it’s pee.. It’s probabl just the play between the raspberries and lactic qualities, it’s quite seedy raspbbery. Sour and lively on the nose. Initial is light bodied offering a healthy sour raspberry appeal, no real sweetness, the skins and tannins hanging on. Sufficient sourness, lively carbonation, lots of lemons, lactic acid, touches of yogurt. Flaked wheat, dry bread and dough. Raspberries really work well for me, quite tasty and sour, yet not acetic at all. Refreshing, light, and quite "crushable". Perhaps a touch softer in it’s assault would be nice, dry. Tasty but simple, lacks depth from the fruit. It is what it is, a lot of seediness, refreshing.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Finally rating live in Kans lower level. Its been years Of trying to get access and finally Monica hooks up the code proving she’s the one who gets things done. This pours slight reddish gold with white head. Aroma of perfume, raspberry seeds, lactic, almost urinal cakey. Flavors are sweet raspberry juice and seeds but that fades into a very tart lemon and lactic character, while it finishes rather acidic. Spritzy carbonation. Lacks a pronounced lactic character butthe fruit interplays nicely.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
22oz bottle. Much thanks to a gracious Floridian for sending this our way... Pours almost akin to a cherry seven up with a pinkish golden hue, quite lively and predominantly transparent, and topped with a thin bubbly soapy white head... Seedy black peppery, almost sesame, with assertive raspberry notes throughout. Very fruit forward with a high degree of lactic sourness... Flavor lacks a deep character but has a nice raspberry sour profile with dominates. Clean with no apprent funk or lacto character with more of an acidic sourness. Lacking that extra dimension that I’d expect from a Berliner. Clean flavors with a sharp lively level of carbonation.

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Draft… This beer rocks!… Hazy pink/red ale with no head. The fruity, acidic aroma is bursting-at-the-seams with fresh raspberries – fruit, skins, tannins, the whole nine yards. Light to medium-bodied with tingly carbonation. The flavor is fruity and quite tart – loads of fresh raspberries here as well. Tangy, fruity finish that dries out a touch. Nothing complex. Very drinkable and very refreshing. More, please! World class stuff.

bottle thanks to Casey... beautiful beer, a bright pink body perfect color, light pink head... smells outstanding, totally true to fresh picked raspberries, sweet but a bit tart, most true raspberry aroma I’ve had... tasting is awesome, a bit down from the nose but still great, mostly fresh raspberries, great balance, could be a touch more sour... try this, best beer to date by FB

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Draft at the Buddha. Nose is hugely sour with a good bit of tart raspberry. Raspberry hits you on the front of the palate, and then its fairly strong lactic sourness and a tart raspberry sour bite that finishes it off. Fantastic.

On draft for the Funky Buddha 1 year anniversary. This beer stole the show that night. I had tasted previous treatments but this was just incredible. The red ruby color really gives insight to what the aroma and flavor hold. Raspberries all the way, along with a solid sour presence as well. This should be label a sour in my opinion but whatever they call it I’m just glad they made it.
