Draft... Hazy dirty-orange pour with a huge, frothy, off-white head. Great retention. Soapy, floral, citrusy bouquet. Medium to full-bodied with prickly carbonation. The flavor is pleasantly malty and toasty with a significant measure of rindy hop bitterness. Also, lots of biscuit and caramel malt character, but the overall sweetness is very low. Lengthy, crisp, moderately bitter finish. Faint diacetyl enhances rather than detracts.
