"Triple Lindy...is that hard?" "It’s impossible!"
Our new Belgian-style Tripel ale made with a complex blend of malts and 100% real sugar. Pilsner-like in body and appearance, with layers of crisp malt, candy, and a balanced hop finish.

Oh no they tried to make beer. I prefer the delicious flavored malt drinks they make rather then the beer. This is a sweet chemical tasting boozey tripel.

Clear golden; excellent clarity; a decent head and some lacing. Aroma: pretty well balanced, fruity and somewhat complex and spicy. Flavor: Lightly bitter and slightly tart with hints of dark and soft ripe fruits. O: respectable and easy drinking version of the style but not up with the best Belgian versions.

Snifter pour at the FB in Oakland. Pours a cloudy deep golden yellow with a fluffy white head. Aroma is fruity with apricots, orange, and lemon as well as spices and cordiander. The taste was similar with various fruits (orange, lemon, apricots) and the Belgian yeasts shining through. I didn’t taste much of the coriander that the nose dished out. Hoppy finish. High carb, medium light body. Good beer.

Flight sized pour of crisp golden straw. Nose is some straw and grassy with moderate malt and some spice. Flavor follows pretty straight forward, some hop but not a ton, malty and mildly sweet with lighter fruit notes.

Tallahassee, Fl -on tap at the Proof Florida Invitational Beer Fest.Murky light golden pour, off white head. Slightly sour aroma, some bubble gum in the back end. Flavor has some bubble gum accents, some coriander accents, a touch of coriander, some esters. Thick enough mouth feel. Nice session starter.
