All hail the nitro cream ale, the devoted publican’s choice of session beers. Balanced, smooth, and made creamy by a delicious cascade of nitrogen, our cream ale is made for afternoon’s spent hiding out at the brewery. It’s brewed with flaked oats for a creamy, round mouthfeel, and lots of quality 2-row barley and English hops. Watch as that whipped cream head cascades down the side of the glass and get lost in its magic. Then order another. Our vanilla version adds copious quantities of vanilla to the mix for an even smoother, creamier brew.

Nitro... Pours clear and golden with flashes of orange and a mid-sized, fluffy, white head. Fantastic retention. Smells like cream soda with a light, peppery, hoppy note thrown in to keep things real. Light to medium-bodied and creamy with lazy carbonation. The favor is all about vanilla sweetness playing tug-of-war with mild to moderate, metallic bitterness. No one wins - except me. The bitterness lingers a good while after each sip.

On tap at the Buddha. Milky yellow pour with a white head. Smells like cream soda. Smooth and creamy with some hoppy bitterness. Sort of taste like cream soda. Good body and mouthfeel. Interesting.
