OleR (4802) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUL 4, 2014
Clear copper colored, topped by a small near white head. Light caramel-scented and plummy aroma. Oily mouthfeel, not very full. Light malt base for a Bock. Sour-sweet, without the requiered richness. Some light fruit tones, and a even lighter hop bitterness underneath. Drinks fairly good, but not very Bock-ish. [Bottle from Kattegatkøbmanden, Overby Lyng, Sjællands Odde]

LasseVPedersen (266) - Aarhus N, DENMARK - MAY 25, 2014
Bottle, 50cl. Pours clear with a amber colour - beige creamy, and decently large stable head. Sweetish malty aroma with fruits, caramel, butter and a light hint of alcohol in the nose. Flavour is medium-heavy malt sweet, lots of caramel, nutty, butter and biscuits. Medium bitter with oily body and flat, soft carbonation. Decent long finish. Clear alcohol as well. Ok, but little bit boring to be honest.

Beautiful amber color. Sweet taste in the beginning, and then comes the aftertaste, which has a balanced bitterness combined with a touch of caramel.

McWorta (641) - LUXEMBOURG - OCT 6, 2013
Amber/dark orange colour with a tiny off white head which fades fast. On the nose one notices straw, barnyard and sweet barley with hops supported by notes of alcohol. Fizzy on the palate, building a slick texture. Medium-full bodied with rather sweet and light bitter notes. The finish is coherent, sweet and medium long.

Bamsen78 (3313) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - JUN 17, 2013
Bottle. Pours clear amber with stable off-white head. Clear aroma of malt with notes of caramel and touches of fruit. Sweetish, malty flavour with clear notes if caramel, offset by bitter, hoppy touches. Mildly rough finish. Slightly metallic aftertaste. Not bad, just rather anonymous.

brnandersen (2011) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAR 31, 2013
50 cl. bottle. Amber-golden colour with a small, white head. Sweet aroma with a hearthy amount of caramel and bread malts, fruity and toasted notes. A touch of alcohol. Taste is sweet. Medium to full body, creamy texture, rather lively carbonated for a stronger bock. Slightly bitter finish with lots of malts and fruits. Very true to style bock however, a bit strong. Enjoyable.
