Golden ambered colour, and a nice simple bitterness, but all to sugared and swwet, also in aroma

Flaske. Den bedste af de 5 Fur øl jeg smagte igår. Men det siger selvfølgelig ikke så meget. En anelse kant i denne øl men det er hvad man kan forvente når man går 2 % op i alkohol. Stadig ikke den store joyride men dog acceptabel.

Bottled - From the Fur Bryghus Sweet and malty. Caramel. Bitterness is low as for the style

Clear dark amber with medium off white head. Sweet aroma with notes of malt and caramel. Sweet flavor with caramel, light roasted malt and grainy notes. Ends sweet.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a lacing white head. Solid caramel aroma and a very minor woody note. Almost fullbodied. Caramel malt flavour, medium sweet, light alcohol presence and mild bitterness into the finish. Ends with a lingering light spice and malt note.

(Mortens fødselsdag 2008) En fin bock - af den dunkle let sødmefyldte type. Lidt mere hoppy end vanligt.

Bottle from Maria, thanks! Orange brown color. grainy aroma with hints of alcohol. Grainy, alcoholic flavor, perfumed, with bubblegum. Hints of toffee. Sticky mouthfeel. Not really good, although it grows on you.

Appearance: Pours a clear, orange-amber body with a small, fizzy white head. Smell: Sweet-smelling honey candy aroma with a bit of fruit and more than a bit of alcohol. Taste: Honey-like maltiness and loads of sweetness. Hint of fruit. No more than a slight bitterness. Boozey, drying finish. Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium carbonation. Stickyish mouthfeel. Drinkability: Too sweet and oddly boozey for only 7.6%, I gotta say I’m all Fur Bock’d out.
