Bottled. Apple, caramel and almonds aroma. Amber color, beige head, good lace. Sweet, malty, bitter but not hoppy, some caramel, rather plain. Bit thin and sticky. I wouldn’t classify it as a Bock but sooner as a European Strong Lager, but I nice one.

Pours clear brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, chocolate and caramel. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Clear amber color with a medium sized off-white head. Aroma is malty. Sweet and slightly bittertaste.

UPDATED: FEB 13, 2012 Bottle in Odense. Amber colour with an off white head. Rich malty, caramel and light fruity aroma. Rich sweet flavour with notes of caramel, light fruity and some alcohol.

Dejlig flot bock med en varm nøddebrun/ måske rødlig farve med dejlig skum , fin rist malt ... lækker bock ,, deles ikke.

Bottle. Pours a dark amber with medium/large white head. Aroma and taste with notes of malt and hops. Sweet with a little bitterness in the end.

Reddish amber with a small tan head. Rich bready malt aroma with dried fruit and red berries. Sweetish classic big malty doppelbock flavour with a darker malt note, a fruity touch and a bit of alcohol showing.

Bottle, 50cl. Pours a clear and golden beer with a large offwhite head. The aroma is malt and caramel. The flavor follows the nose with slightly notes of hops with grass. The palate is sweetness with notes of bitterness. Overall an average beer.
