Bottle. Pours deep brown with a dense, brownish head. Nice malty and sweetish aroma with slight smoked notes. Creamy notes appears as it warms. Flavour is equally malty and sweetish with smoked notes and an inoffensive, but wellbalanced, bitterness. Slight grassy notes in the finish. Nice palate - feels creamy. Not a very complex beer, but it’s nice to drink. 08-11-05.

Bottle. Dark brown with small off-white head. Dry toasty malt, little dark chocolate, surprisingly long bitter finish. Low carbonation, medium body. Decent effort.
