Jul 27, 2008 I had this a couple of years ago, and I found it quite uninspired. I have to say that I still feel that way. Very sweet and smooth with a solid taste of liquerice - I prefere something more bitter and burned. Not bad as such though.

Jun 9, 2008 Bottle. Average creamy beige head that mostly lasted. Fair display of lacework. Somewhat clear sparkling body with a mahogany color. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate and coffee. Over the palate came sweet smoky notes, hint of underlying hoppy feel. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and mild dry texture. Moderated sweet flavor and bitterness in balance. Roasted malty and again mild smoky finish. Quit pleasant to drink.

Jun 2, 2008 Black with medium diminishing head.Aroma is rosted and sweet has some note of tobacco and coffee bean well balanced and ilght bitter finish.

Apr 18, 2008 Bottle. Black colour with large creamy light brown mostly lasting head. Roasted malty aroma and flavor with notes of coffee and chocolate. Oily palate.
