3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20 TaxiDriver (1372) - Stadland, GERMANY - SEP 17, 2008
Bottle. Sweet, light perfume, strange smell in the beginning. A large creamy brown head, which is long lasting. A very dark brown body. Quite bitter taste, long duration. The beer is creamy with a medium body and a soft carbonation. A interesting Porter.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 dornoy (694) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 22, 2005
Almost no head on a black body. Nice liquorice aroma, standard porter taste, pretty well made but unremarkable. A newcomer that deserve improvement.
2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 Christian (8548) - Odense, DENMARK - MAY 11, 2005
Black with no head although I tried to make it. Licorice aroma with some overwhelming clove and cinnamon. Clove also makes it difficult to make out the flavour, which is dry, a little sour and with a dry licorice aftertaste. As with all micros, it deserves one more chance, but I’m not happy. And I love Danish porters...

Comments: Very, very sweet, strong and anisey porter with too much candy thickness for its own good.
2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 JensenTaster (1718) - DENMARK - MAR 7, 2005
(on bottle) In these days of many micros in Denmark, it´s hard to find some serious brewers, trying to makes serious bottled beer; here´s one at last. A straight forward porter, but the best I´ve had from the micros around here. Sligthly acidi- chocolate nose. Very smooth drinkability, perfect carbonation, rounded off with a burnt and creamy finish. Nice dusty finish too.
2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 Geuzelambix (229) - København, DENMARK - JUL 27, 2008
I had this a couple of years ago, and I found it quite uninspired. I have to say that I still feel that way. Very sweet and smooth with a solid taste of liquerice - I prefere something more bitter and burned. Not bad as such though.
