Ungstrup (11385), Frederiksberg, Denmark Nov 29, 2007 Bottled. A red-amber beer with a nice orange head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of fruit, straw, caramel, and metal. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of alcohol, metal, fruit, and caramel, leading to a dry bitter finish, where the alcohol note carries thru and lingers for a long time. Too strong for a Steam Beer - and too simple thus making the alcohol more pronounced. omhper (10728), Stockholm, Sweden May 16, 2007 Draught at Københavnske Øldage. Clear amber. Fruity toffeish nose. Sweet and caramelly with medium body and pleasantly soft mouthfeel. Vague notes of ash. Low-medium bitterness. Well balanced and very drinkable.
