COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

English: Fur Steam Beer is a bottom fermented beer of the Steam Beer style. Clear beer with a strong amber golden color. Full creme colored head with a long durability which leaves nice lacings on the glass. Warm and vinous aroma with a nice experience of hops. Strong and warm flavor of dark malt with its full harmonious finish from the hops. Fur Steam Beer is brewed with 3 different types of malt where caramel malt is one of them. Fur Steam Beer contains both classic bitter and aroma hops which gives its nice aroma and well balanced finish to the flavor. Fur Steam Beer gets a very gentle filtration before bottling and pasteurising which is one of the important prerequisites to keep the nice and complex aroma pattern in the beer.

Bottle. Poured a light brown with a lasting beige head. Aroma was full of malts giving the beer a bit of chocolate and rye bread notes with an undertone of a metallic note. Flavor had an even stronger metallic note as well as the notes mentioned above. The finish had a bit of citrus hops.

50cl bottle. Light brown beer, with no head. Some sweetness in the nose, as well as metallic and rye bread. The taste is sweet, but the rye dominates, and is not my style. In the finish there is a slight bitterness, which unfortunate not comes to its right due to the rye.
