Clear medium yellow color with a average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20090516]

Bottled. A light golden beer with a huge but collapsing lazing white head. The aroma has notes of grain, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, hay, malt, and grain, as well as some minerals, leading to a soft and medium bitter finish.

CBF09. From tap. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild grassy and fruity. Bitter and grassy flavoured. Nice crisp bitterness coming though. Bitter and dry finish.

Clear golden coloured with a medium sized white ehad.
Fruity aroma of hat and spices with notes of hops.
Fruity flavour of hay, hops and grass.
Hoppy finish.

Draught at KØ09. Clear shiny yellow colour. Big beautiful creamy white head. OK white bread flavour. Hint of good chalk. Medium to high bitterness, slightly grainy finish.

Clear golden with a white creamy long lasting head. Somewhat sweet aroma with malty notes that had a gainy accent. Flavour was sweet with malt, grainy and mild grassy hops. Mild bitter finish.

Bottle @ Odense Tasting. Thanks Sfhodense. Pours slight unclear yellow with a small creamy white head and lacings. Nose is fresh hops with a bit of butter and grain. Dry and grassy hoppy flavor. Medium bodied. Dry end. Good.

UPDATED: MAY 22, 2010 On tap at Copenhagen Beerfestival. It’s a clear, almost golden beer with a small, white head. Malty and grainy nose with fruity hops, and some citrus and peaches. The flavor is sweet and fruity, with some resiny hops and a fine bitterness. Medium body with nice co2 level. Maybe a bit on the sweet side. Decent bitterness in the finish. A decent pilsener. Bottle. A clear, golden beer topped by a cute white head that stays. Some grass and notes of tropical fruits in the aroma which is mostly grainy and fruity. Smooth, medium body with a pleasant flavor of grass, grains and fruits. A bit low on bitterness, both initially and in the finish. Sure better than the industrial Danish pilsners, but far from a favorite. 100522
