Bottle 50cl, a cloudy yellow beer with medium head that goes quickly. Nose is on banana and a bit astringent. Aroma is malty, creamy, relatively sweet with good fruit notes such as banana, apple, melon, clove notes too. Finish is on fresh bread and good banana notes, no acidity, good hefeweizen.

It’s unclear, warm golden with a huge, creamy, white head. The aroma has loads of fat banana notes and light yeast and wheat. The sweet flavour has the same lovely notes, and the finish is slightly spicy. If the overall-impression had been a little more spicy, this would have gone right to my Top 5, but it’s still really, really nice.

500ml Bügelflashe. Mindestens haltbar bis: 05.12.11. It pours a light hay gold with a bright white head that quickly dissipates with no lacing. The smell is predominantly banana with some malt coming through ever so slightly. The flavor follows the scent. Big banana notes in this one. A nice bit of wheat and barley flavors as well. It also has a nice lemon tartness. It is a fruity, sweet, but light hefe-weizen, great for summer weather.

Bottle. Golden, a bit on the lighter side, with a decent weizen head. Aroma is mainly malt, citrus and intensive banana. Sourish-sweetish taste, full body, moderate to high carbonation. Taste is again mainly malt, banana and citrus. Weak on the phenolic side but works very well.

Into the glass, a dark orange beer pours with a nice high, long-lasting creamy head. Yeasty, lemony-orangy smell. It starts yeasty-fruity, slightly fermented note. Much orange-aroma comes through. The aftertaste is also shown fruity-fermented, slightly sweet on the palate. Also, the center part remains the wheat very fruity, some acidity takes over. Very nice, fruity and tangy sour Weizen, perfect for a summer evening on the terrace!

Bottled. Pale gold, cloudy. Aroma of banana, citrus, slight bit of dry earth. Tangy flavor, citrus balancing sweet malts, Banana is subdued. Not all that complex but somewhat dry and balanaced.

Swing top bottle. Blonde, cloudy. Sharp lemon aroma. Somewhat yeasty flavor with lemon and banana. Thirst quenching.

01.04.2010, 0,5l Bottle from beerangel.de. Pale hazy golden yellow colour with white head. Sweet wheat aromawith a smooth bitter flavour. Some sitrusand some banana. Does not taste to much. refreshing and easy drinkable.

Very good, and sweet too, I liked the cloudiness and the thickness of the beer. It was just foamy and excellent.
