Dark brown-red colored with big light brown head. Nice chocolaty, little bit of roasted aroma with dry, slightly grassy and nutty aroma, good one. Medium bodied, smooth palate. Flavor is also nicely roasted and smooth with some berries, dark chocolate and some nuts. I like this.

I found this 500ml flip-top bottle on the cruise ship Celebrity Infinity on a cruise up the inside passage from Seattle to Alaska. Pours a reddish brown with a robust beige head and good retention and lacing rings. The nose is of sweet caramel malt and some nuts aromas. Medium in body and very smooth on the palate. The flavor brings on some ripe dark fruit and floral hops. . The finish is fruity and lightly bitter. Very tasty and enjoyable.

Cereal and molasses nose, hazy dark brown color, active foamy head that dissappates leaving a sticky froth. Very malty and grainy body with some caremel and nuts in the middle. Fry woody, even grassy end. Full of character, but too sweet? A heary brew.
