Bottle - 500mL swing top. Best before 24.09.13. Gold pour with a tall, dense white head. Aroma is malty and sweet with soft toasted grains and biscuit notes. Taste is sweet malt, honey covered biscuit, toasted grains, light lemon and grassy hops. Body is light-medium with a soft, creamy carbonation. Ends with more honey notes, sweet malt, biscuit and toasted grains. Nothing extraordinary but tasty and refreshing nonetheless.

Bottle shared by nuplastikk..thanks Greg! - Pours golden with a thin white head. Nose is pale honey yeast with gentle floral/herbal hops. Taste falls a little flat. Lots of mineral notes, pale malt, and doughy yeast. Sweet, with just a bit of herbal hopping. Smooth and fluffy.

500ml flip top bottle. Slightly hazy orange-tan. Thin off-white head. Malty and easy, lots of sublime lager tones. Creamy, easy going, very sessionable. Approaching cream ale, but with lager notes instead of fruity ale. Quite nice.

A finger of head on a cloudy, medium straw colored body. The aroma is both fruity and earthy. Orange and lemon on the fruit side. Unique. The flavor is wheat, orange and finishes sour. A crisp texture with higher carbonation and medium body. It’s like a hefe had a child with a pils. Drink one if you can find it.

Lemon, hay, tea, and cane sugar nose. Shimmering amber, thick head, some lacing. Sweet malt, hay flavor with a very subtle honey note. A little fizzy. Not my favorite from Furst Wallerstein.

swing top. hazy dark gold with a large, fluffy, whipped white head. honey scented malt notes. light bodied with a clean finish. flavors of honey and cereal though not as robust as the classic and the weissbierpils. bittering hop lends a light grassyness to the finish. all of the furst wallerstein beers i’ve tried have completely outdone my expectations. excellent showcase of beers.

Pours a light orangish brown, somewhat cloudy with a nice satin like head that holds a long time. Very nice malty aroma. Nice taste, with good bittering. Good hop flavor, nice after taste. I will be looking for this on tap in Germany!

.5 liter swing-top bottle. BB: 24.09.13. Pours hazy golden color, tan foam, amazing lace. Smells of bread with yeasty lemon zest. The aroma is fresh in an old way. Slightly herbal notes. Bready flavor, whole grains taste, grassy hops, straw, earthy bitterness. Finishes with a herbal yeast character that dominated the beer throughout. Unfiltered yeast beers are no longer my favorite style, this one is good. (3554)

Nice gold pour. Foamy whit head. Tastes of oats, cereal light malts. Not a bad German. Dies too soon. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
