500ml swing-top bottle picked up at the Geträngtmarkt in West Park, Ingolstadt. Fresh, but weak aroma of malt and citrus fruits. Moderate lasting head over a golden body. Has got an initial hoppy touch in the flavour. Clean tasting with some smoky notes. Quite well bodied (22.06.2007).

Bottle, 4.9%. Sweet malt aroma, hint of yeast. Hazy copper colour. Nice and big, creamy, stable, rocky head. The flavour is quite malty with a hint of horse and slightly roasted. The bitterness is a little rough, but balances the malt well. Low to medium carbonation. Quite pleasant and very süffig.

Bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Malty, slightly fruity taste with a tinge of honey; slightly bitter herbal finish. Balanced brew.

(Bottle 50 cl) pours a hazy golden with a tiny, off-white head. Clean - very clean - malty aroma. Medium-bodied with nice, malty accents and then a fairly solid bitterness. Very classical and very clean. 040307

Fürst Wallerstein Zwickel, 4.9% ABV, and the label looks differently
Hazy blond color; generous frothy head. Aroma of cereals. Some malt taste, cereals, light honey, not bad. Correct bitterness, quite long, but I would appreciate more if more aromatic and stronger. Enjoyable.
