Pours yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet caramel, diacetyl and light hop. Flavour is light malt and light bitter hop (Test of 15.01.2005).

Hopfiger Antrunk, frisch, angenehm. Im Mittelteil führt die moderate Herbe wird durch einen leicht süßen Ton positiv beeinflusst. Im folgenden wird das Bier malziger, unstrittig ist auch hier die hopfige Übermacht. Hier insgesamt aber milder als im Antrunk. Nettes und frisches Bier.

bottle. Clear golden yellow, medium-sized head. Hoppy nose. Medium-bodied, dry mouthfeel. Hoppy flavours dominate, although there is a pleasant amount of malt hidden underneath.

Bottle (kindly delivered by Quack-Duck): Visible carbonation, straw golden, mid-sized, quite firm and lacy white foam, sweet-malty nose with cardboardy and grassy traces; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; harsh, grassy-bitter finish. Not very good.........

(33cl bottle, with thanks to quack-duck) Clear, pale golden with a foamy white medium head. Quite shy and light-sweet malty aroma with light-grassy hops. Bitter flavour, light to medium boied with a moderate, creamy carbonation. Initially short malty, herbal hoppy; dry and bitter hoppy finish with a moderate malty sweetness in the aftertaste. Decent.

Bottled. Pale golden coloured. Malty aroma. Malty flavour with some hops towards the finish. Rather soft mouthfeel.

A light yellow beer with a nice white head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of straw and alcohol, the latter also giving it a touch of metal. The flavor is sweet and very malty, but also lightly alcoholic and metallic, leading to a dry alcoholic end. I’m surprised the alcohol is so present in as mild a beer as this.

(Bottle 33 cl) Clear, pilsener golden with a creamy, white head. Aromatic, lightly fruity nose. Medium-bodied, lightly sweet pilsener malt and an edge of cardboard. Dry, lightly hoppy finish. 050506

Bottle. Pale golden colour with a off-white head. Malty, grassy aroma and a sweet mentol, grassy taste. Medium body with a very dry finish.
