(bottle) Cloudy, chestnut-brown colour with a big but loose beige foamy head. Yeasty and slightly dusty toast-malty with a moderately wheaty touch, a restrained fruit-character, notes of chocolate and cloves. Moderately sweet and slightly sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Slightly toasted malty and wheaty taste with a shy fruity touch and a whiff of cacao; slightly sweet and shy fruity and wheaty finish. Not overly exciting. 10.XI.10

500 ml bottle. Pours a nice brown with a persistent white head. Smells like caramel. Taste is very subtle, some bit of caramel and cereals. Almost no bitterness. Body is light. Nice look, nice smell, thing is, I thought this beer lacked mostly something else: a taste and a mouthfeel. Highly disappointing.

A cloudy amber beer with huge creamy head, nose is fruity mostly pineapple. Aroma is malty, low dunkel notes, quite sweet, creamy, brown bread body with good fruit notes such as apricot and pineapple. Good weizen, a bit too sweet.

Originally rated June 2005. Sampled from their brown bottle, at L’Autre Oeil in Aylmer, Quebec. Best before date on label is 09/2005. Pours a deep amber with a beautiful cream-foam head. The retention is good, so is the lace. Aromas of spices, mild though, with hints of cream soda. The taste starts with spices and finishes on a slight bitter note. The aftertaste is of apples. The mouthfeel is light and creamy. Overall, was excepting a heavier brew, but was quite refreshing... especially with the mexican nachos I had.

I quite like this one. Big foamy head on pour that lasts in my tulip glass. Pours a beauty brown. Up front this is all medium sweet malts, like dark heavy bread. Backed up by a nice low carbonation and maybe a slight bitter hint. Good stuff!

Goût de grains rotis, légère tout comme une pilsner, mais plus boisée. Goût sec. Elle tombe à plat assez rapidement.

500ml bottle. Hazy light brown, off-white creamy head. Smells like a bread making machine after you’ve taken out the bread and there is a small section stuck with a bit of dough on it - admittedly that is quite specific but it just brought back memories of making bread with a machine from a long time ago. Rye, grains, yeast, banana, malt, and a bit of light caramel. Well carbonated, sweet, bit nutty, dry finish.

Bière trouble, d’un cuivré profond et coiffée d’un large col chamoix laissant une belle dentelle au verre. Des arômes fruités de céréales avec une trace de caramel. Très peu amère. Elle est souple, crémeuse et elle offre une finale arômatique assez rapide.

At a tasting, thanks Oren, medium stable head, hazy light brown with yellowish taints, flavour of banana, nuts, vanila and a touch of spice, aroma of overipe, even rotten fruits and a touch of woodiness, light sweetish bitter aftertaste, quite light.

At a tasting, thanks Oren, pours rusty slightly hazy with a huge thick head, aroma of honey, banana, lemon, malt and pear, flavor of banan, apples, roasted malt, clove and hints of sweetener, medium bodied.

Bottle at a tasting. Thanks Oren. Hazy rusty light brown color with a big white head. Aroma of fruits esters, bubblegum and some caramelly notes. Sweetish flavor of wheat, fruits and some sweet malt. Rather light-bodied. OK.
