   AROMA 4/10   APPEARANCE 2/5   TASTE 5/10   PALATE 2/5   OVERALL 9/20
MBison (548) - Southern Highlands, AUSTRALIA - MAR 13, 2008
Bottle (330ml). Labeled Furstenberg Premium Lager. Served chilled. Poured dull gold with a frothy, white head which was mostly diminishing. Aroma was of sweet/slightly musky malts with wet grain, straw, some corn and a squeeze of lemon. Flavor was sweet malts with a very light bitterness, hay, grain and some honey. Light bodied with lively carbonation, watery texture, dry mouthfeel and a short finish. A touch better than your standard pale lager, which is not saying much.

thebeertourist (5187) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAR 8, 2008
Bottle. Pours pale golden with a decent white head. Grassy hops nose. Sweet malt flavours, but with grassy hop flavours providing some balance. Grainy mouthfeel. Not the worst lager around.

   AROMA 6/10   APPEARANCE 3/5   TASTE 6/10   PALATE 4/5   OVERALL 13/20
Pyobon (1300) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - FEB 16, 2008
Bottle. Like GMan71 I am not sure this is the right beer. It was called Premium Lager and I am assuming that is the Export. Poured a pale amber yellow with a reasonable white head. Sweet, faintly floral aroma. Medium body with quite fizzy but fine carbonation. Initially sweetish malt with floral hints. Pleasant hoppy bitterness develops. Some grassy, vegetable notes. Pleasant drink.

GMan71 (24) - Lower Mitcham, AUSTRALIA - JAN 27, 2008
Bottle. Assuming the version available in Australia is the export. Good, white head, just right carbonation. Standard euro larger taste overall but slightly less bitter and more fruity.

Bottle 0,33l. Pale golden colored. Some particles observed (?). A small fluffy head. Sweet malty aroma. Soft mouthfeel. Unvaried sweet malty flavor. Some bitterness.

330ml bottle. Pale golden body with a huge white head. Vague malty aroma. Flavor is malty with a metallic bitterness. Thin, short and boring.

Gr0ve (2177) - Oslo, NORWAY - NOV 8, 2007
330 ml bottle. Very pale golden colour. Crystal clear. Tall white fluffy head that clings to the glass. Subdued malty aromas. Gentle hop aroma with some grassy notes. Mellow texture balanced by a crisp grassy hop flavour. Quite a lot of hop flavours, but the body is rather light. The beer is very refreshing and I’m sure it’d work nicely as a thirst quencher. Particularly exciting it isn’t, but for a pale lager this is one of the better ones I’ve had in a long time.

Rune (11123) - Tromsø, NORWAY - SEP 7, 2007
Straw body, slightly unclear. Thin white head with bubbles. Notes of malts in aroma and flavour added some sweetness.. Little more than clean tasting and easy drinking (bottle shared with Finn, Tromsø 06.09.2007).
