Prise en canette. Très sèche probablement en raison du’un bon houblonnage. Un bonne pils pas trop neutre. Son amertume lui donne de la personnalité.

Bottle. It pours a clear, a bit pale golden body topped by a finger-thick, white head leaving some lacings. Grassy and fruity aroma with some faint peppery hints. Rather subdued maltyness. A touch of hay as well. The flavor is quite bitter, with a far from dominating maltyness. Some notes of citrus peel and green pine cones. Medium body, dry, and a bit hard on the carbonation. Bitter finish with maltyness. A quaffable and quenching beer that could just a little tweak on the carbonation level. 110818

Bottle 33cl, a clear yellow beer with medium head. Nose is very hopy. Aroma is very hopy, dry with a huge bitterness and a horrible and intense hops finish, very difficult to finish, a bad pilsner, hops is not floral or grassy just intense and bitter.

Originally rated November 2006. Second pilsener of the night. Purchased at the SAQ in front of the casino in Hull, Quebec. Pours a light golden colour with a white frothy head that stays a while and runs off some good lacing. Boring aromas of mild malt and hop (I almost smell corn). Same for the taste and mouthfeel. Boring. Very close to the Veltins Pilsener I just had before, but this is worst (except for the appearance).
