COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Aroma is a punch of sweet honey notes with a hint of spiciness, more like a spiced mead than a beer. The flavour follows the aroma adding a slight malty notes. More like a braggot than a honey beer. Still a pleasant if slightly to sweet drink

RexTalionis (2133) - FINLAND - MAR 16, 2013
Bottle 50 cl. Pours dark copper in color with a small bubbly white head. Sweet maltyness and some honey in aroma. Flavor has some slightly burnt grains and more of that malty sweetness in it. A bit too sweet to really be that enjoyable.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours brown copper with small head. Notes of metallic, sweet, honey, nuts. This one is too sweet for a beer. Still interesting tho.

well this one starts off good with the smell and taste of a lightly honeyed beer but it goes down from there where the sweet becomes overpowering and actually sickening.

Dark cooked honey color. Big off white head that slowly falls. Some lacing. Big aromas of honey, malt, and raisins. Same in the mouth but more honey centric. Nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle shared with McTapps. As it appears and want to be, this is one a beer (whatever beer) with some honey in. Well, the honey dominates the aroma and taste. But in the end this one has a sharp bitter finish. So - if you destroy a beer with cheap honey then make it a bit sweeter. Otherwise it turns out to be that mediocre odin stuff.

#677 Sachen gibts! Test vom 25.10.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 10,9,10,9,6,9 - 9,10
