Geht in Ordnung. Test vom 7.5.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche

Bottle. Honey-drenched nose with grain and light malt sweetness. Dark, dark golden pour with a sudsy/creamy tan head. Watery-light, smoothish body with a little raspy grain. Taste is very, very sweet, lots of honey on some light citric malt. Cleanish.

Bottle. Clear amber/light brown pour, off-white head. Smells malty, mildly sweet with some honey. Similar taste, though the honey is much more pronounced. Was expecting the smooth mouthfeel to be a bit thicker. Pleasant but not a world-beater.

Leicht bitterer Nachgeschmack. Besonders im Nachgeschmack ist es auch klebrig. Komisches Zeug, aber trinkbar. Test vom 11.4.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,8,8,7,4,8 - 7,65

Lovely amber liquid. Honey dominates, the beer base does not do much to balance. A pleasant sweet alcoholic beverage, but I have some sympathy for those woh won’t allow this to be sold as beer.

My first beer from this brewery. Clear deep copper color, small off-white head. Caramelly-toffeish, grainy aroma with hints of toasted sugar and honey. Medium-bodied. Ovely sweet flavor - honey, toasted sugar. Low carbonation. As for the most honey beers, not my cup of tea.

Bottle 50cl. A clear amber beer with medium head. Nose is on barley sugar. A very sweet beer with caramel malt body and barley sugar such as a doppelbock. Low hops character, a bit too sweet to be really pleasant.
