Lukter sikkert av sanddorn, men det lukter ikke godt. Gjær og melk, ikke friskt. Søtt og surt, ubalansert. Ekkelt. (Berlin, 10.04.14)

Voldby tasting, DK. Bottled, 210214. Amber with white head. Aroma of malt and fruit. Flavor with sanddorn not balanced to the sweetness.

33 cl bottle @ Voldby. HAzy orange pour with a small head. Aroma is sweet with some lemon and sea buckthorn. Taste is initially pleasently sweet but finishes of quite odd with some strange bitterness.

Bottle@Voldby. Hazy orange color with a white head. Taste starts sweet of sanddorn, followed by a sour taste. Oily texture. A Little bitterness in the finish. Not my favorite.

Sanddorn in beer? Not good. Orange coloured and unclear. Has a white head. Odd, malty, sweet aroma. Flavor starts sweet, then acidic, unharmonic. Syrupy texture.

33 cl longneck bottle. 2 14, 8 16
The beer starts like a sallow thorn sweet in solution in beer. Sweet, sticky, too sweet. Slightly sour from the sallow thorn, but slightly bitter and slightly grainy from the beer. The aftertaste is long, sweet-lemonade, sweet sallow thorn and nearly no beer.
Way too sweet and could have more "authentic" (= not too sweet) sallow thorn aroma. --> 6/12/6/6

Bottle @ Home. Pours slightly hazy golden with a creamy white head leaving some nice lacing. The pour include some not so inviting rather large black floaties aswell. Aroma of malt, sugar, honey, raisins, oxidated notes. Flavor is very sweet with malt, apple juice, raisins, honey, white sugar and a slight oxidation. Medium body, soft carbonation, sticky sweet finish. Nasty shit, drainpoured most of it. 010214

Bottle, 4.5%. Buttery aroma, weak fruity and spicy note. Cloudy orange colour. Small off-white head. The flavour is The flavour is very sweet, has a citric hint. A lot of honey notes, also raisin, mead, seems oxidised, but perhaps it is not.
